I love caramelized pecans or walnuts.  And you will, too, if you make this recipe.  So easy!

2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs brown sugar

Melt butter and brown sugar together in small pan – mix well



Pour in 1 cup of pecans or walnuts.  Stir over low/medium hit for 2-3 minutes or until nuts are completely coated.

Turn onto parchment paper, spread the nuts apart.

Let cool, eat as a snack or add to a salad.

My daughter said no to ice cream tonight, and ate the rest of the pecans instead!!!!!
