Strawberry-Cucumber Relish by Mandolin Chef Sean Fowler
1 cup strawberries cut into ⅛ inch
1 cup cucumber cut into ⅛ inch
1 TBS shredded basil
1 TBS chopped mint
1.5 TBS olive oil
1 TBS lime juice
1 TBS champagne vinegar
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss them together. Refrigerate until ready to use. Put on a salad or whatever you think would be tasty!
