You will need:

Butter (Optional, for toasting)
Optional toppings: honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, flaky salt, chopped nuts, or chia seeds

Step 1 – Prep the banana

Peel and slice the banana into thin rounds. Set aside.

Step 2 – Toast the muffins

Split English muffins and toast until lightly golden. Butter if desired and keep warm.

Step 3 – Spread the nut butter

While the muffins are warm, spread a generous layer of nut butter onto each half so it softens slightly.

Step 4 – Assemble

1 dozen Latta’s cage-free eggs

You will need:

Butter or oil
Salt and pepper
Optional: hot sauce, ketchup, or your favorite spread

Step 1 – Cook the bacon

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crisp, flipping as needed. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate and set aside.

Step 2 – Slice the cheese

While the bacon cooks, thinly slice the cheddar from the block. Aim for thin, even slices so the cheese melts quickly and evenly when assembling.

Step 3 – Toast the muffins

Split English muffins and toast until lightly golden. Butter if desired and keep warm.

Step 4 – Cook the eggs

Wipe out the skillet if needed, then melt a little butter or oil over medium-low heat (we love using the bacon grease). Crack eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your preferred doneness—fried or gently scrambled.

Step 5 – Assemble

Freezing Instructions (Optional)

Let assembled sandwiches cool completely. Wrap individually and freeze. To reheat, unwrap and warm in the oven or toaster oven until heated through.

You will need:

Step 1 – Toast the muffins

Split English muffins and toast until lightly golden. Butter if desired and keep warm.

Step 2 – Warm the ham

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add ham and warm gently on both sides, just until heated through and lightly browned at the edges.

Step 3 – Assemble

Spread a generous layer of pimento cheese on one side of each toasted English muffin. Top with warm ham.

Step 4 – Melt & finish

Place assembled muffins back in the skillet or under low heat. Cover briefly to melt the pimento cheese and warm everything through. Top with the other half of the muffin and serve warm.
