I'm an existing customer and haven't yet logged into the new site.

How do I access my account?

If you haven't already logged into the new site for the first time, we're so excited to get you in there! Because we didn't transfer passwords over for security reasons, you'll need to click the Returning Customers "Access my Account Now" button at login and input the email associated with your Produce Box account. This will take you through the same process as if you forgot your password.

**Keep this browser window up- as soon as you submit your email, it will refresh to a page where place where you can input the Verification Code that was emailed to you.

Type in your emailed code here, and once it's validated, you can choose your new password.

If you've requested a code more than once, you'll need to only use the most recently emailed code. Sometimes mail apps like Gmail will "nest" multiple emails in the same thread, so make sure you are only using the code from the most recent email!

If you still have trouble getting into your account, email info@theproducebox.com and we'll help you get in with a temporary password.

How do I find the products that I'm looking for on the new site?

We've worked hard to improve navigation on the new site!

All products are now nested in Categories & Subcategories. For example, Bakery is now segmented by "Breads," "Gluten Free," "Mixes & Dough," and "Pastries & Desserts," making it easier to get to exactly the types of products you want!
- If you're shopping on Mobile, you'll need to choose both Category and Subcategory to get you where you want to go
- When you scroll to the end of one category, it will automatically take you to the next category - like roaming the grocery store aisles!

The Search Bar is much improved, and now you can search the entire site at once by product name, producer name, or subcategory

To Filter by tags like LOCAL, Vegan, Gluten Free, or Organic, use the Filter option. We've pinned the LOCAL filter button at the top for easy access always to filter the entire site by what's local or not!

I have a subscription Box and need to skip. How do I do that?

There are a few different ways to skip your delivery. If you just want to skip your delivery this week, you'll see a "Skip" button next to your subscriptions in the Order Page.

You can change your Subscription Frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and place Subscription Pauses from the "Subscriptions" area of your Profile, accessible in the top right corner under your name.

If you skipped from the Order Page, you'll see that confirmed Skip here.

But if you need to skip further out into the future, you can click "Pause Subscriptions." From here, you can select future skip dates. Please note, our new system only allows for members to place skips for consecutive dates.

If you're planning ahead and know you'll be out of town on and off, we recommend:

Updating your Subscription Frequency and choosing your next desired delivery date (e.g., switching from Weekly to Biweekly, starting next week)
Forgoing your subscription temporarily and ordering a la carte as needed for the weeks you want a delivery

Update your "Frequency" to change your preferences and schedule your next delivery

I'm ready to checkout. How can I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

When you're ready to finalize your order, click the green "Go to Checkout" button from the sidebar checkout screen.

If you're subscribed to any products or a Produce Box, these items already appear in your cart with a green "In your order" label. Your subscriptions are already confirmed, and as long as they meet our $25 order minimum, no extra action is needed this week. Your Update/Submit Order button will remain grayed out until or unless you make any changes.

If you've added items to your cart and you're ready to checkout, just click the Update/Submit Order button to place your order. Our Order Confirmation emails are now up and running, which you should receive right after submitting.

All items in your confirmed order will show as "In your order," meaning your order is set!

Items in your cart that you have not finalized will show as "Not yet saved" until you click Update/Submit Order.

Once you Update/Submit your Order, all products will now show as "In your order"

Don't worry if you don't see your submitted order under "Order & Billing" just yet. Orders won't finalize and show up here until after our Sunday 9pm cutoff, around 10pm.

What if I want to make changes to my order after I've already submitted?

You can make changes to your order all weekend long up until our Sunday 9pm cut-off. If you are simply deleting a product from your order, you do not have to click Update/Submit again - this deletion is automatically saved, and your Update/Submit Order button will remain grayed out. If you want to add additional products to your order, make sure you hit "Update/Submit Order" again on the Order Page to save these products in your order! You'll know that your "new" order is in our system when all products say "In your order," and you'll get another Order Confirmation email.

How do I tip my Neighborhood Ambassador delivery driver?

When you're in the final Order Page checkout screen, you'll see the Tip field in your order summary.

Clicking "Add" will pop up a window for you to add your desired tip amount, and now, you can choose to add a Recurring Tip that will auto-apply to all future orders (unless you disable it), including subscription boxes!

You can always edit the amount of your recurring tip, or disable it on an order, but recurring tips are a great new feature that allow you to ensure your NA gets their tip with every order, if you want to show them some love! 100% of member tips go directly to our NAs.

What if something in my box isn't up to par, or I'm missing an item?

We hand-pack and inspect every box, but we're human, and sometimes mistakes happen! If you need a credit for something in your order, you can fill out this "Issues with your Order?" form or email info@theproducebox.com, and our Member Solutions team will be in touch to get you squared away.
